Virginia “Ginna” Mutter joined StephensonLaw as an associate attorney in 2021, focusing her practice in the area of commercial real estate and corporate law.
Ginna assists clients on a wide variety of real estate matters including drafting and negotiation of purchase contracts and leases as well as handling closing on purchases, refinances and construction loans. She advocates for her clients’ interests at all phases of commercial real estate transactions and works closely with them to meet their specific goals.
In addition, she assists corporate clients in entity formation, corporate governance and business acquisitions and dispositions.
Ginna grew up in Raleigh and graduated from North Carolina State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Finance and Accounting, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctor from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in the spring of 2021. While obtaining her legal education Ginna joined Campbell Law’s Innovate Capital Business Law Clinic where she advised entrepreneurs and tech start-ups and served as the Treasurer of the Student Bar Association. She also chaired the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Pro Bono Project.
Outside of the office, Ginna values giving back to her community through pro bono legal services becoming certified by the IRS to provide free tax counseling services to low-income individuals. She enjoys cooking with her family, visiting the North Carolina beaches, and trying new restaurants.
